PURPOSE:To automatically adjust the machining of the diameter of an injection port and carry out a highly accurate machining while reduce the operating time by storing a lapping time for each defined flow rate width and retrieving a lapping time corresponding to actual measured flow rate from a memory means and correcting said time. CONSTITUTION:Lapping times for lapping the injection port of injection valves are ranked for each defined flow rate width and stored in a memory means A. The actual flow rate of an injection valve B is measured by a flow rate measuring means C, and the lapping time corresponding to the measured actual flow rate is retrieved from the memory means A by a retrieving means D. The retrieved lapping time is corrected by a lapping time correcting member E in accordance with the cutting quality of a lapping member, and the operation of the lapping member is controlled by a controlling means F in accordance with the lapping time. Thus, by setting a lapping time based on the actual flow rate of the lapping time of an injection valve while correcting the lapping time in accordance with the cutting quality of a member, machining with high accuracy can be automatically carried out while also reducing machining time. |
