PURPOSE:Sea weed such as WAKAME is combined with carrageenan as a gelatinizing agent and the mixture is homogenized, heated and cooled on standing to give the titled food very easily and inexpensively without denature of the sea weed components. CONSTITUTION:Sea weed such as WAKAME or sea tangle is thoroughly soaked in water for reconstitution and completely drained. Then, 10-20pts. of the sea weed are mixed with 1-2pts. of carrageenan and the rest parts of water and heated at 80-100 deg.C. Then, the mixture is homogenized, while it is hot, with a mixer or the like, poured into vessels and cooled on standing to form. |
