PURPOSE:To constitute the titled device so that a charge of a photosensitive body is electrified uniformly and an image of a good quality can be obtained, by providing a heater on the back of a destaticizing lamp and a corona discharge device which have been opposed adjacently to the photosensitive body, and controlling an electric conduction of the heater by an output from a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:An electrical conduction is executed to a heater 12 by a driver 16 before starting a copying machine, and a destaticizing lamp 1 and a corona discharge device 3 are heated. A temperature of the inside of a case 2 is detected by a thermistor 13 and compared with an output of a setting device 14 by a comparing circuit 15, and if it exceeds a set value, the driver 16 is turned off and the destaticizing lamp 1 and the corona discharge device 3 are maintained at a roughly prescribed temperature. Subsequently, when the copying machine is started, the destaticizing lamp 1 is turned on, and the corona discharge device 3 starts a discharge, since they have reached a prescribed temperature already, the light quantity of the destaticizing lamp 1 reaches a stationary device 3 is also settled down in a stable state. In this way, a photosensitive drum 4 is always destaticized uniformly and also electrified uniformly, therefore, on the photosensitive drum 4, a latent image of a good quality is formed by an image light L. |
