PURPOSE:To make it possible to damp vibrations over a wide band of frequencies with good responsiveness by forming multiple slits approximately in radial directions on each plate member by turns thereby making each plate member deflect elastically in the axial direction according to pressures of a working fluid. CONSTITUTION:Multiple slits 31 and 32 are formed approximately in radial directions respectively over entire surfaces of plate members 29 and 30 excluding their central areas. When vibrations of low frequency band are applied to an elastic body, a valve plate 28, while its radial movement is restricted with projected parts 33 and 34, easily deflects due to the slits 31 and 32 of respective plate members 29 and 30 to come into close contact with an inner surface 24a of a lower wall part 24 and to close rapidly a communication hole 26. Accordingly, since fluid communication actions between liquid chambers are performed rapidly, vibrations in a low frequency band can be damped. |
