PURPOSE:An agent for keeping colors of fishes which is composed of organic acid, organic acid salt, inorganic salt and ferrous compound, thus manifesting excellent effect to keep good colors in the fishes. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent is obtained from (A) at least one selected from organic acid, organic acid salt and inorganic acid such as sodium glutamate, calcium lactate, calcium carbonate potassh alum and (B) a ferrous compound such as ferrous sulfate or ferrous lactate. |
