摘要 PURPOSE:To promote a correct synchronous control of a spindle-axis and a Z-axis, by vector controlling an AC spindle motor by a digital spindle amplifier and performing a feedforward control by a lamp function when a spindle and a table motor are accelerated. CONSTITUTION:A spindle position control mode is set feeding a position control instruction to a circuit 17 by an NC unit 16 while inputting a position detection signal of a main spindle 10 to the circuit 17, and if a deviation signal of the both instruction and signal is given to a spindle servo circuit 19, a spindle motor 13 is digitally controlled by the deviation signal. While a Z-axis position control circuit 20, to which a signal from the unit 16 is fed, compares the signal with a position detection signal of a motor 22 to apply an error signal to a Z-axis servo circuit 21, and the table driving motor 22 is digitally controlled by a signal from the Z-axis servo circuit 21. Next, an instruction from a lamp function is given to both motor control units when the spindle motor and the table feed motor are synchronously controlled, and a feedforward control is performed when the spindle axis and table Z-axis are accelerated. Accordingly, tap accuracy is improved by correctly performing a synchronous control of the both spindles.
