PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption electric power of a battery by instructing the recording position of the measured data to a RAM and the time using a counter for a recording means. CONSTITUTION:When a command signal is inputted from an outside record readout device to an input terminal, the readout of the data to be recorded is made possible and the data of the designated address concerned are outputted in order every time a command pulse signal for addressing is inputted from the counter 12 with the RAM 11. These outputted data are written in order in a storage device of the outside record readout device. In this way, temperature information which is measured and recorded by a measurement recorder 1 is read out in the outside record readout device. The recording means 5 instructs the recording position of the measured data to the RAM 11 and the time using the counter 12 and since a CPU, a ROM, etc., are not used, the consumption electric power of the battery 6 is remarkably saved.
