PURPOSE:To obtain a transparent decocted solution of tea without changing taste and fragrance of tea, by adding maltotriose to a decocted solution of tea. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. decocted solution of tea is blended with preferably 0.5-20pts.wt. maltotriose to prevent turbidity of decocted tea solution.
