PURPOSE:To obtain the titled powdered NATTO which is edible by everyone readily in a short time and usable as a raw material for various kinds of foods, by coating NATTO with flour under blending and stirring, drying and grinding. CONSTITUTION:NATTO is blended with flour (e.g. soybean flour, etc.) while being stirred, coated with the flour, dried and ground to give the aimed NATTO. |
