PURPOSE:To stably drive a wire electrode, by providing guides, which guide the wire electrode in a route between a bobbin reel of the wire electrode and the guide, and driving rollers or the like directly on an insulator surface so that a mounting part is prevented from a dielectric breakdown by easily mounting each member. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 11 is provided in a column 8, which supports reels 3, 4, brake rollers 6 and driving rollers 7, and the reels 3, 4, rollers 6, 7, etc. are directly mounted to the surface of said insulator 11. While insulators 12, 13 are provided also in the point ends of upper and bottom arms 9, 10, and guides 2 and guide rollers 5 are directly mounted to these insulators. Further the brake rollers 6 and the driving rollers 7 are provided in the insulators 12, 13 of the arms 9, 10, and a motor, giving driving power to said driving rollers 7 or the like, is provided in the column or arm base parts and the like, being able to connect with a driving shaft. Accordingly, each member can be easily mounted with no necessity for fixing the member to be mounted with separate insulation, while a wire electrode can be guided to be stably driven by preventing a spray of machining fluid of water or the like and a machining chip from adhering to a mounting part and generating a dielectric breakdown.
