PURPOSE:To realize a proper hydraulic characteristic by excluding the effect of burns on valve elements, by providing an all-round groove to the contact surface of the outer end of the center hole provided to the governer body of a wt. moving from the axis of a rotary shaft to a centrifugal direction. CONSTITUTION:When an output shaft 4 reaches high speed rotation by supplying hydraulic oil to an introducing port 11 from an oil pump, the flange 18 of a governable shaft 14 is contacted with the end surface 17 of a governer body 3 and the movement of a shaft 14 is stopped by the body 3 and, thereafter, oil pressure well-balanced between the centrifugal force of valve elements 1 and the repulsive force of a spring 16 is outputted from an output port 12. At the time of the rotation of the output shaft 4, the outer end surface 21 of the valve elements 1 is protruded from the outer end surface 5 of the body 3 and the bottom surface 7 of a governer wt. is separated from the outer end surface 5. When the rotation of the shaft 4 is stopped, the wt. 9 and the valve element move to a concentric direction, and the valve elements 1 and the outer end surfaces 21, 5 are contacted with the bottom surface 7. At this time, burrs 20 generated at the outer end of the inner peripheral processed part 6 of the body 3 runs into the circumferential groove 8 provided to the bottom surface 7 and is avoided from the contact with the bottom surface 7.
