PURPOSE:To improve a crisp feeling received from a shift lever by applying load to a casing through an input rod or an output rod when operating a shift lever. CONSTITUTION:When a spool rod 18 is slightly moved with respect to a center valve rod 17, a valve part which is formed by the supply grooves 17j, 17k of the center valve rod 17 and the supply grooves 18a-18c of the spool rod 18. Thereby, a piston rod 12 is moved leftward due to the fluid pressure in a right piston chamber 14, or the piston rod 12 is moved rightward due to the fluid pressure in a left piston chamber 15 with its moving force each time being amplified, in accordance with the movement of the spool rod 18. Accordingly, the operator can obtain a crisp feeling from the shift lever.
