PURPOSE:To adjust the fluid pressure with high precision within a large range by using a meandering flow passage. CONSTITUTION:Plate-shaped bodies 2A and 3A are arranged in the direction of flow passage in the attitude crossing the flow passages F and F'. Therefore, a series of meandering flow passage (f) for the communication between a valve inlet side flow passage F and a valve outlet side flow passage F' is formed. Further, a valve operating mechanism 5 which relatively shifts the plate-shaped bodies 2A and 3A in the direction P of flow of a fluid between the both plate bodies is installed. With such constitution, the fluid pressure can be adjusted with high precision within a large range by the labyrinth effect.
