PURPOSE:To greatly improve the processing ability of a condensate drawn near to an electrode by forming reversing portions by applying twists to an electrode made by winding a condensation pipe in a spiral manner. CONSTITUTION:Reversing portions 4a, 4b... are formed at electrodes 3, 3... loaded between support rods 2a, 2b... of a condensing pipe 1. These reversing portions 4a, 4b... are formed by being applied with twisting of 180 deg. using as a base point an intersection between the center of the cross section of the electrode and the vertical section thereof. When a high voltage is applied between a condensed surface 5 and the electrode 3, a liquid 6 is pulled near to the electrode 3. The adhering liquid 6 flows down along the electrode 3 and reaches the reversing portion 4a wherein the liquid 6 which has so far adhered to one side surface 6a of the electrode 3 shifts to the other side surface 6b (back side) to which a side surface drawing the liquid 6 near thereto is newly formed.
