PURPOSE:To prevent the danger of being doused with the high temperature water by automatically switching the captioned selector valve from the shower side discharge to the bath side discharge when the temperature of the hot water becomes over a prescribed temperature in case of the shower side discharge. CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensing body case 12 which forms a temperature sensing part 11 whose inside is charged with wax is installed under a selector valve body 10, and a projecting shaft 13 which can be projected and contracted in the axial direction by the thermal expansion and contraction of the wax is fixed onto the selector valve body 10, and a pilot valve 15 which contacts an emergency opened port part 14 is installed at the top edge of the projecting shaft 13. Said pilot valve 15 is urged by a spring 16 in the direction for closing the emergency opened port 14. Therefore, when the temperature of the water in a shower side passage 5 becomes over a prescribed temperature by a certain cause, the selector valve is automatically switched, and the discharge destination is set to the bath side flow passage 4, and the danger of being doused with the hot temperature water can be prevented beforehand.
