PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the air blow-off range by forming an upper side flowpath and a lower side flowpath between a partition plate and upper and lower plates, and providing flowpath opening and closing means for blocking a part of said flowpath at its blow-off port according to necessity. CONSTITUTION:When an operating knob (9) is set at a neutral position (a), upper and lower dampers are put into a fully-open state, and a parallel airstream A as viewed from its upper surface as shown by (b) is obtained. Next, when the operating knob 9 is raised as shown by (c), both the upper and lower dampers 6 make contact with a partition plate by the rotation of the knob 9 around the shaft P4 thereof, and partially block flowpaths W1 and W2. A blow-off flow becomes as shown by (d). The airstream guided at both side portions of upper and lower flowpaths becomes a flow A3 which has creeped and deflected to the direction of the central portion, and on account of the inclined flow A3 from both sides of the blow-off port, it is possible to obtain a lengthwise long stream A1 diffused from an oblong opening.
