PURPOSE:To prevent the trouble of a valve based on the loosening of bolts and terminals by reducing the closing speed of a valve body in the vicinity of the final stage of the closing stroke. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust adjusting valve 10 is installed onto the exhaust side of a driving piston cylinder 2 for closing the valve body of an emergency cut-off valve, etc. A gentle closing pressure is generated by increasing the exhaust pressure by the action of a movable valve body 4 in the exhaust adjusting valve 10, and the closing speed of the valve body is reduced in the vicinity of the final stage of the closing stroke. Since, with such constitution, the valve body can be certainly closed free from shock for a valve seat, the breakage based on the impact and the trouble of the valve based on the loosening of bolts and terminals in the fixed parts can be prevented.
