PURPOSE:To permit stable injection of a hardener to be performed by a method in which a carbonic acid solution level meter is provided to an enclosed reactor tower to control the supply amount of the solution to the reactor tower, and an internal pressure gauge is provided to the enclosed reactor tower to control the solubility of CO2 gas in the carbonic acid solution. CONSTITUTION:Water 4 is allowed to flow down from the nozzle 10 of an enclosed reactor tower 3, CO2 gas in a bomb 2 is charged into the tower 3 through a flow rate regulative valve 8, and the carbonated water so obtained is directed into an injecting pump 6. A carbonated water level meter 13 is provided to the lower part of the tower 3, and a water flow rate regulative valve 12 is operated on the basis of the signal from the meter 13 to control the supply amount of the water to the tower 3. An internal pressure gauge 15 is also provided to the tower 3, and on the basis of the signal from the gauge 15, the valve 8 is operated to control the solubility of CO2 gas in the carbonated water. The level of the carbonated water and the solubility of CO2 can thus be kept constant, permitting stable injection operation of the hardener to be performed.
