PURPOSE:To measure characteristic variation with the pressure at the outside of a vehicle by communicating a pressure variation chamber airtightly with air feeding and discharging blowers and detecting the pressure when high- pressure air is discharged to the pressure variation chamber speedily. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle body 1 is provided with the ventilation device composed of the air feeding blower 8 and air discharging blower and a chamber 3 is communicated with the pressure variation chamber 2 through a momentary releasing valve 6. Then, a pressure value during an actual vehicle run is measured and then high-pressure air is sent to the chamber 4 through the valve 5 by a compressor 4 to set pressure. Further, a momentary releasing valve 6 is opened while detection preparations of respective pressure sensors 10 and an air speed sensor 11 are made, and the high-pressure air in the chamber 3 is discharged into the pressure variation chamber 2 speedily. The pressure and air speed adjacent the air blowers 8 and 9 and the pressure in the vehicle 1 are detected and recorded on a recorder 12 to test the ventilation device.
