PURPOSE:ARAME (a kind of sea weed) is reconstituted with water, dehydrated with a machine, then fried in sesame oil and seasoned with sugar, soysauce, red pepper and other spices to give the titled food which has good taste, smooth texture, and high nutrition, thus being suitable for adult diseases prevention. CONSTITUTION:ARAME (Eisenia bicyclis) is dried with sun beams, then reconstituted with water and dehydrated. The product is fried in a sesame oil so that the oil is included in a sufficient amount. Then, the cooking fire is weakened, sugar, soysauce, red pepper and other spices or flavors are added thereto and the mixture is roasted to give the objective food. |
