PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material capable of preventing a mazenta stain, when the titled material contg. pyrazoloazole type mazenta coupler is processed, by incorporating at least one kind of specific lipophilic mercapto compd. to a specific lipophilic fine particle. CONSTITUTION:In the title material contg. at least one layer of the silver halide emulsion layers dispersed the lipophilic fine particles contg. the pyrazoloazole type mazenta coupler shown by formula I, the lipophilic fine particle contains at least one kind of the lipophilic mercapto compd. which is shown by formula II, and has <=1wt% of solubility in water at 25 deg.C. In the formula, R1 is hydrogen atom or a substituent, X is hydrogen atom or a group capable of cleavaging by a coupling reaction of an oxidant of an aromatic primary amine developer, Za, Zb and Zc are each methine, a substd. methine, =N- or -NH- group, R is an alkyl, an alkenyl or an aryl group. |
