PURPOSE:To improve the operability of an accelerator lever by feeding a power supply to a starting circuit starting an internal combustion engine via a relay and operating this relay with an accelerator switch opened or closed in conjuction with the accelerator lever. CONSTITUTION:A power supply 1 is fed to a starting circuit 2 starting an internal combustion engine via a relay 10. This relay 10 is operated by an accelerator switch 12 opened or closed in conjunction with an accelerator lever provided on a handle operation section. When the accelerator switch 12 is closed, the relay 12 is energized, and the power supply is fed to the starting circuit 2 and an igniting circuit 3. Then, a relay contact 4a is closed, the current flows from the battery 1 to a starter dynamotor 5 to start the internal combustion engine. Accordingly, the operability of the accelerator lever is improved, and the switch structure can be made small-sized.
