发明名称 METHOD FOR GRINDING BOTH SIDES OF CERAMIC BLOCK PARTS
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify operation and improve the accuracy of both side grinding by forming a window hole on a frame part with a thickness smaller than that of block parts, closely arranging a number of block parts in said window hole and bonding the sides of said blocks to each other with an adhesive, and grinding the both faces of said block parts. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic metal frame body 200 consists of a frame part 20 and a reference part 22. Since the reference part 22 serves as the reference of position when the frame body 200 is chucked to a surface grinder, its top and bottom faces are formed in accurately flat faces with precise parallelism. In the frame part 20, a rectangular window hole 21 is formed on a flat board having a smaller thickness (b) than the thickness (a) of block parts 10. The window hole 21 has a size to accommodate plural number of block parts 10 arranged in rows, and the sides of the block parts 10 are bonded to each other with an adhesive and set. Accordingly, the top and bottom faces of the block parts 10 are slightly projected out of the frame part 20. And the surface grinding of the block bodies can be carried out simply and accurately by grinding both faces of the block parts which are formed in an integrated form with the frame body with the reference part 22 turned over.
