<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to smoothly attain a desired number of vehicles on production, by providing a introduction rate setting device by which the introduction rate of vehicles of a specific kind may be manually controlled, and an instructing device so that the vehicles may be introduced rapidly at a predetermined introduction rate even when a desired introduction rate varies in accordance with a certain situation. CONSTITUTION:A kind of vehicles on an assembly line and a constraining condition are set and inputted to a condition setting device 20, and a computing device 24 successively computes the determination of a kind of vehicles to be introduced in accordance with data from the setting device 20. The thus computed result is transmitted, as a lane number for vehicles to be introduced, from an introduction instructing device 22 for instruction to the worker or a conveyer control board. Further, an introduction rate setting device 26 is newly added in order to enable a desired rate for introduction to be manually set. Accordingly, even though the desired introduction rate varies in accordance with a certain situation, it is possible to cope with such a variation so that the vehicles may be introduced at a predetermined rate, thereby it is possible to smoothly attain a desired number of vehicles on production. Further, vehicles of other kinds may be introduced in accordance with the present inventory condition. Further, due to the provision of a CRT 28 the present inventory condition and introduction condition may be easily recognized visually, thereby it is possible to instruct the introduction of vehicles in an extremely efficient manner.</p> |
