PURPOSE:To make an outer layer material solidly formable with a core, by constituting it to laminate a cloth sheet, knitting crimped yarn, to the backside of a resin sheet having the specified expandability, in case of trim parts made up of sticking the outer layer material to a surface of the core. CONSTITUTION:An automobile door trim 1 is formed as a laminated structure consisting of a core 2 and an outer layer material 3 stucked to the surface. In this case, the outer layer material 3 is constituted of a nonpermeable resin sheet 4 of PVC resin or the like and a cloth sheet being lamonated to the backside of this resin sheet 4. This cloth sheet 5 should be such one that is produced by knitting or weaving crimped yarn, using one known popularly as 'knitted goods.' And, in the resin sheet 4, a plasticizer to be contained in this sheet is adjusted in quantity so as to have an expandability of 10% modulus 0.1-1.0kg. And, the outer layer material 3 aforesaid should be solidly stuck to a surface of the core at the time of press molding.
