PURPOSE:To execute heat fixation processing with excellent thermal efficiency and at a comparatively low temperature, by providing a pair of carry-in drive rollers, a pair of carry-out drive rollers, a carrying belt, a heating means, and a means for making an electrophotographic sensitive body abut on the carrying belt, and carrying the electrophotographic sensitive body by making it abut on the carrying belt. CONSTITUTION:Master paper P which is inserted and held by a pair of drive rollers 2A which have been provided on an inlet part, ad carried in is rotated together with a carrying belt 7 which has been heated to about 100-150 deg.C, in a state that its back has contacted said belt, and taken into the inside at an equal speed. Subsequently, this master paper P is pressed against on the carrying belt 7 by a pressing force of an air blast fan 5, and while it is being carried at an equal speed in a state that is has contacted this carrying belt 7, it is brought to a heat fixation processing by a heat conduction from this carrying belt 7. Next, the master paper P is inserted and held by a pair of drive rollers 2B which have been provided on an outlet part of this heat fixing device 1, and carried out to the outside.
