PURPOSE:To attain high speed data rearrangement by a small sized device by discriminating the stored location of the oldest data and the newest data sent sequentially in a register and rearranging only the required data in an object range. CONSTITUTION:In sending a next data (newest data) (i) to an input terminal 1, the newest data (i) is fed to a shift register 3, a register 4 and the 1st multiplexer 10. The oldest data (a) stored in the shift register 4 attended therewith is pushed out and outputted to the 1st comparison means 5 from a FF8. Position information of the oldest and newest data is outputted to a ROM 9. Thus, a switching element SW of the 1st multiplexer 10 is controlled to be opened corresponding to a FF storing all data of classifications A-D among data stored in the register 4. As a result, the data stored in the register 4 are rearranged and the arrangement is corrected.
