PURPOSE:To obtain the titled compsn. having jelly-like elasticity and conductivity and being suitable for sealing and shock-absorbing materials and so on, by mixing a specified wt. ratio of a plasticizer and a carbon fiber with a polyvinyl chloride resin, heating and melting the mixture and cooling and solidifying it. CONSTITUTION:250-1,200pts.wt. plasticizer (e.g.: dibutyl phthalate) and more than 3pts.wt. carbon fiber are mixed with 100pts.wt. polyvinyl chloride resin. The mixture is then heated and melted and thereafter cooled and solidified to obtain an aimed conductive jelly-like compsn., which can be suitably used as a shock absorbing material of a part material for an electric point of contact to be accompanied with a fairly large amt. of shock when contacted because it has electric conductivity. By replacing a part of the plasticizer with an oil (e.g.: a machine oil), namely adding 10-90pts.wt. oil to 100pts.wt. in total of the plasticizer and the oil, it is possible to decrease moreover the modulus of the compsn. obtained and to reduce the hardness.
