PURPOSE:To obtain a metallic product having smooth and close surface without needing any finishing polish by pouring and solidifying molten metal into a wax melt-out cavity after spraying and hardening a refractory on the compound original pattern, which combines a metallic pattern to be surface part with a wax pattern main body as an integrated body. CONSTITUTION:The wax pattern 1 to be main part of the product is combined with the metal-made pattern 2, which is formed separately to be effective surface part of the product, as one integrated body, to produce the compound original pattern 3. The refractory 4 is sprayed and hardened on the outer face of this compound original pattern 3. The molten metal 7 is poured and solidified in the cavity 5, which melts out the wax 3 by heating. After that, the refractory shell 4 is removed, and the pouring gate 7a is removed, the metallic product having the smooth and close surface is obtd. without needing any finishing polish.
