<p>PURPOSE:To make recorded data easy to see, enhance reliability of the data and enhance preservability of a record, by providing a heat generating type parallel head, and simultaneously operating a dot corresponding to an input signal and an adjacent dot to generate heat when the rate of change with time of the input signal is not more than a predetermined limit. CONSTITUTION:Assuming that the newest data is D (0) and the precedingly sampled data is D (1), a detection output is read from a detector GC in a step (a), is stored into a location for D (0) in a memory, and is compared with the precedingly sampled data stored at a location for D (1) in the memory in a step (b). When the compared quantities are not equal (NO), all dots ranging from a dot V0 corresponding to the data D (0) to a dot V1 corresponding to the data D (1) are energized (c). When the quantities compared in the step (b) are equal (YES), both the dot V0 corresponding to the data D (0) and a dot corresponding to data obtained by adding a one-dot amount of quantity to the data D (0), namely, a dot adjacent to the dot V0 are energized (d). In either case, the data D (0) is shifted to D (1), in the next step (e), a paper-feeding stepping motor PM is driven by a one-step amount in the subsequent step (f), and operation is returned to the step (a).</p> |
