PURPOSE:To surely collect a wet powder, by providing an inlet pipe for introducing wet powder-containing gas into a cyclone container, the outlet pipe connected to a suction device bringing a cyclone to negative pressure and a liquid receiving tank for mixing a separated ground material. CONSTITUTION:A slurry is centrifugally separated by a centrifugal separator 8 and a powdery plastic particulate falls in a storage tank 9 to store a particulate having high specific gravity while a fine particulate having low specific gravity is suspended. An annular chamber 11 is brought to negative pressure by the suction device 31 connected to a cyclone dust collector A and the fine particulate flows in the annular chamber 11 of a cyclone container 1 along with gas through a duct 7 and an inlet pipe 2. The inflow particulate is converted to a revolving stream in the annular chamber 11 to flow in a conical part 12 and centrifugally separated outwardly while the revolving stream falls through the conical part 12 and flows down along the inner wall of the conical part 12.
