PURPOSE:To eliminate the heating of a shroud hole end part and to quickly heat the tenon head part as well by heating the tenon with cooling by a cooling ring the shroud at the tenon external part of a turbine fin. CONSTITUTION:A cooling ring 4 is arranged on the shroud 2 at the external part of the tenon 5 of a fin or fitting type ring 1 and a high frequency induction heating coil 3 is provided on the upper part of the tenon 5. In case of the calking work of the tenon 5, it is performed by heating the tenon head part by the heating coil 3 with cooling the shroud 2 by the cooling ring 4. Consequently, no shroud hole end part is required to be heated and the tempering of the shroud 2 can be prevented. A good calking can be performed as well because the tenon head part can be heated quickly to the necessary temp.
