PURPOSE:To keep the flatness, to make the weight light and to improve the workability by laminating an antenna main body, the 1st metallic plate, a syn thetic resin and the 2nd metallic plate in this order from the upper side and heating and pressing them to incorporate them. CONSTITUTION:An antenna main body 30, a metallic plate 38, synthetic resin 40, a metallic plate 42, a connector 44, an insert nut 48 and a ridge part 70 are prepared. An adhesives,e.g., a synthetic resin adhesives is applied to both upper/lower faces of the metallic plate 38, holes 46,50 of the synthetic resin 40, an upper face of the metallic plate 42, and an inner circumferential face of the ridge 70, the connector 44 and an insert nut 48 are penetrated to the holes 46,50 of the synthetic resin 40, and the antenna main body 30, the metallic plate 38, the synthetic resin body 40 and the metallic plate 42 are laminated in this order from the upper side. Then the ridge 70 is bonded to the laminated body, they are heated and pressed by a press to press the laminator from the upper/lower parts and the ridge. Thus, the antenna main body 30, the metallic plate 38, the synthetic resin 40, the metallic plate 42 and the ridge 70 are incorporated and the connector 44 and the insert nut 48 are coupled with the synthetic resin 40.
