发明名称 REACTION ACCELERATION TYPE ATMOSPHERE HEAT TREATMENT FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily and inexpensively improve the reactivity of a material to be treated and to improve production efficiency by disintegrating by a disintegrating means the material which is to be treated, is conveyed in the atmospheric gas in a heat treatment furnace and is solidified by heating. CONSTITUTION:Iron powder material 3 which is the material to be treated is supplied through a supply pipe 4 onto a steel belt 5 for conveyance wound on pulleys 6, 6 in a reducing furnace body 1 and while the material is conveyed in the atmospheric gas, the material is heated by radiant tubes (not shown) and is thereby reduced. The reduced iron powder material 3 is cooled with the atmospheric gas in a cooling zone 2 and is taken out via a sealing roll 9. Hearth rolls 7 which guide and support the above-mentioned steel belt 5 are provided by being serrated in such a manner that the outlet side of the furnace is lower than the inlet side of the furnace. A press roller 8 is freely rotatably provided to the above-mentioned step part and the iron powder material 3 solidified into a plate shape by temp. elevation is disintegrated to a lump shape by pressing force. The contact between the iron powder material 3 and the atmospheric gas is thereby improved and the reduction reaction is accelerated.
