PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare a roller coated with a fluorocarbon resin uniform in adhesive strength and a film thickness, by successively tumbling a core on a film forming plate having a pre-molding zone, a fusing zone and a cooling zone along the longitudinal direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:At first, a core 6 is placed on the fluorocarbon resin film 5 arranged on the pre-molding zone l1 on a film forming plate 1 and rotated to wind the fluorocarbon resin film 5 around the outer periphery of the core 6. Succeedingly, the roller coated with the fluorocarbon resin is tumbled along the fusing or adhering zone l2 on the film forming plate 1 to fuse or adhere the resin film 5 to the core 6. Then, the roller is tumbled on the next cooling and releasing zone l3 to be cooled and released from the surface of the film forming plate 1 to obtain a product.
