PURPOSE:To provide a resin paste having excellent heat resistance, workability and adhesion, containing a filler and a polyamic acid ester oligomer soln. obtd. by reacting a specified reaction product with an arom. diamine, etc. CONSTITUTION:1mol of an arom tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride of formula I (wherein R1 is a tetravalent arom. hydrocarbon group) is reacted with 0.1-0.6mol of an alcohol (derivative) (e.g., ethanol) optionally in a solvent such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, etc. at 80-150 deg.C to obtain a reaction product (a). The product (a) is reacted with an about equimolar amount of an arom. diamine and/or diaminosiloxane (b) (e.g., compds. of formulas II and III) at 90 deg.C or lower. If desired, the unreacted alcohol (derivative) is removed under vacuum and/or by heating to obtain a polyamic acid ester oligomer soln. (A). The component A is blended with 25-45vol% filler (B) such as electrically conductive powder (e.g., silver powder). |
