摘要 PURPOSE:To perform antinose-dive control at the time of emergency braking so accurately, by making a control unit perform not only air charging to a suspension at the front side but also exhaust from a suspension at the rear side at the time of emergency braking of more than the specified extent. CONSTITUTION:Air suspension units FS1, FS2, RS1 and RS2 (hereinafter referred to as S in a general term) at both front-wheel and rear-wheel sides are provided with a main air spring chamber 7 on the top of a shock absorber 1, and they feeds or exhausts air to or from the said chamber 7, thereby performing level control. The feed or exhaust of air is carried out via feed valves 20 and 24 and exhaust valve 28 and 31, and each valve is controlled by a control unit 37. In this case, when a brake is operated and acceleration is more than the setting value as well as when a fact that time differential value of the acceleration acting on a car body is more than the setting value is detected, control takes place so as to charge air to these units S at the front-wheel side, while so as to exhaust air from these units S at the exhaust side.
