PURPOSE:To eliminate any complicated mechanical mechanism by changing the scanning region of an electronic beam simulatingly so as to obtain a desired picture angle. CONSTITUTION:In setting a vertical deflection voltage to a multiple of (a), the horizontal deflection voltage is changed interlockingly into a multiple of (a). Thus, the size of the scanning region in a target is similar. In adjusting variable resistors VR1,VR2, even when the scanning region of the electronic beam is changed to a multiple of (a), since the number of scanning lines is unchanged, the reproduced image pickup pattern is magnified or reduced to a multiple of (l/a).
