PURPOSE:To speed up the display of a graphic and an animation by individually registering and managing the original picture of plural graphic symbols for which an animation processing is performed and performing no registration of the dot information of the plural original pictures transferred and displayed again. CONSTITUTION:An original picture preserving area 132 in which the plural graphic symbols to be moved and displayed are initially drawn only once respectively according to the necessity is provided, and a transfer area TA1 including the graphic symbol in the original picture preserving area 132 and having a non-display area of a constant width therearound is set. The transfer area TA1 is sequentially transferred to a video RAM 4, thereby the animation processing using the plural graphic symbols is performed.
