PURPOSE:A skin cosmetic having skin beautifying effects of providing the skin with softening feeling, smoothing feeling, elasticity and gloss, obtained by blending a cosmetic with ifenprodil tartrate. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic is blended with 0.05-1.0wt% based on total amount of cosmetic of ifenprodil tartrate having improved increasing effects on peripheral blood stream to give a skin cosmetic applicable to lotion, milky lotion, cream, pack, etc. When the cosmetic is applied to the skin, the cosmetic is rapidly absorbed in the skin, medicinal effects such as smooth promotion of fine blood stream, activation of skin tissue, sthenia of water retaining function of skin, manifestation of skin beautifying effects, etc., are shown on local parts of the skin and further promoting action on mitochondria respiratory function can also be expected. |
