NEW MATERIAL:A cyclic enaminophosphonate derivative expressed by formula I [R is formula II (R<1> and R<2> are H, lower alkyl or R<1> and R<2> may link to form a cyclic hydrocarbon; R<3>-R<6> are H or lower alkyl); R<7> and R<8> are H, lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl or phenyl or R<7> and R<8> may link to form a cyclic amine] except where R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, R<5> and R<6> are same and H; R<7> is H; R<8> is isopropyl and R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, R<5> and R<6> are same and H; R<7> and R<8> are same and ethyl. EXAMPLE:2-(2-Isobutylamino-1-propenyl)-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane. USE:An intermediate for compounds as a remedy for diseases in circulatory systems having coronary vasodilator, hypotensive action, etc. PREPARATION:A allene compound expressed by the formula R-CH=C=CH2 is reacted with an amine expressed by formula III.
