PURPOSE:To prevent deformation in a strap ring and flaws on a vane or a brazing failure, by dividing each vane into two parts in making a joint with each strap ring which is coaxial with an anode cylindrical tube on these boundary surfaces, while holding the strap ring in between, and joining these boundary surfaces together by means of brazing. CONSTITUTION:A joint part located in the almost central part in an anode cylindrical tube is pet up between a pain group of strap rings 15 and 16 to be connected to every other piece of the vane 14. This joint part is made as a boundary plane (X), and each vane 14 is divided into plane symmetric vane elements 17 and 18, and after assembling, these boundary surfaces (X) are joined together by means of brazing. The vane element 17 installs a concave part 19 of the same radius as the strap ring 15 and another concave part 20 of a radius larger by the specified value than the concave part 19. One end of a microwave energy lead-out wire 21 is connected to the strap ring 16 proximate to an anode cylinder wall surface and the other end is pierced through a coulping hole 22 of the anode cylinder wall surface and connected to an output antenna part 23.
