PURPOSE:To enlarge the freedom degree of the design at a system side by linking selectively a unit operating lever to the position with a different driving transferring system arranged at a device side. CONSTITUTION:When an operating lever 1 is rotated in the right direction, a cam 12 is turned in the B direction of an arrow, an arm 7 supported with a shaft 10 is pressed down in the lower direction of a paper surface, at the time of the 90 deg. rotation of the lever 1, a clamping action is completed, a center cone 5 enters the recessed part of a spindle opposite to it and the disk is clamped. Simultaneously, a cam 19 is also turned in the C direction of an arrow and an arm 16 and a head arm 15a are shifted in the paper surface direction and a magnetic head 15 is abutted to the disk. Even when the unit of the lever 1, a shaft 2 and a supporting body 4 is mounted to the right side, the same operation is obtained, the same member can be set to both sides of right and left and the freedom degree of the design at the system side can be expanded.
