摘要

PURPOSE:To completely precipitate all components by bringing a soln. of A components into contact with plural precipitate forming liqs. to precipitate >=1 kinds of A component when the precipitate is calcined to produce the powder of perovskite expressed by the general formula ABO3. CONSTITUTION:A soln. contg. the A components and a soln. contg. the B components are brought into contact with a precipitate forming liq. in multiple stages to successively form a precipitate, and the precipitate is calcined to produce the raw powder of a perovskite-structure compd. expressed by the general formula ABO3 and its solid soln. In the formula, A is one or >=2 kinds of oxygen 12 coordination metallic elements, and B is one or >=2 kinds of oxygen 6 coordination metallic elements. In this case, at least one kind of A component is precipitated by bringing the soln. into contact with plural precipitate forming liqs.
