PURPOSE:To obtain a low-cost system by using dial reception functions of a standard telephons set interface circuit to receive a dial signal inputted from a trunk line by the interface circuit and connecting the trunk line in response to the received dial signal and a prescribed telephone set of the key telephone set. CONSTITUTION:When a master equipment 30 receives an access signal of a standard telephone set, e.g., a key telephone set 26 from a key telephone equipment 23 to apply off-hook signal detection processing of the standard telephone set, whether or not a standard telephone set interface circuit 27 is used for a tie trunk interface circuit is judged. in using the interface circuit for the trunk interface circuit, a control circuit 12 turns on the cross point 25 of the channel 14 from the circuit 27 and the trunk line 24 connected by the equipment 23, turns on the cross point 17 for an extension channel 16 and a channel 14 connected by an extension 15, the extension circuit 15 is set to send a dial tone to the key temephone equipment 23.
