PURPOSE:To shorten time for data transfer to a CPU in case of data transferring from a CPU to another CPU, by connecting a selectable local memory connected to a CPU to another CPU. CONSTITUTION:It is supposed that specified functional process is executed by the first CPU1 using the first and fourth selectable local memories 71, 74. At this time, the results of processing are stored in the first and fourth selectable local memories 71, 74, and then, a selection signal S1 is outputted from the first CPU1 to change the state of connection to the state as shown in the figure. Then, the first selectable local memory 71 is connected to the second CPU, and accordingly, it eventuates that data processed by the first CPU1 are transferred to the second CPU2. Thus, data processed by one CPU can be transferred to another CPU only by changing the state of connection of selector circuits 61-64.
