PURPOSE:To exactly determine an existence area of a specific individual, even if the same individual is detected simultaneously in plural monitor areas, by using a detecting area in which a value of each area data (ED) becomes maximum, as the existence area of the specific individual. CONSTITUTION:When each person in each room 11-1n of an office has a badge having a transmitting and receiving function of an electromagnetic wave, as individuals 71-7m, and receives an electromagnetic wave from transmitting and receiving terminal equipments SR 211-2nl, an answer is transmitted by a delay time which has been determined so as to be different at every individual 71-7m. Also, from monitor areas 811-8nl which are overlapped to each other, a specific individual among the individuals 71-7m is detected simultaneously, and when the same area as the monitor area which has detected it this time has existed in the monitor area which has detected it in the previous time, an area data of a specific value is set in accordance with the detecting area of this time, and also, a prescribed value is added to the ED corresponding to the same area as the detecting area of the previous time in the detecting area of this time, and also, the ED of a prescribed value is set to the detecting area of the previous time, which has not detected it this time, and the detecting area in which a value of said each ED becomes maximum is determined as the existence area of the specific individual. |
