NEW MATERIAL:An activated triazine based compound expressed by formula I [n is 2, 3 or 4; n is >=m; A is aromatic, alicyclic or aliphatic based n-valent organic group; B is NHR', OH, SH, CN, COOR'' (R' and R'' are lower alkyl or aryl) or unsaturated hydrocarbon (having at least one double or triple bond); X is aromatic, alicyclic or aliphatic based monofunctional organic group, NH2 or formula II]. EXAMPLE:A compound expressed by formula II. USE:A raw material compound for synthetic resins, dyes, surfactants, etc. PREPARATION:An amine based compound expressed by formula IV and an aminotriazine based compound expressed by formula V are subjected to deammoniation and cocondensation reaction under condition of the amine based compound in large excess to afford the aimed activated triazine based compound expressed by formula I.
