PURPOSE:To reliably prevent inundation into an engine room by releasing the water flooded over a deck to side sections through an opened groove and shielding the water having entered an air tank through an air intake port with a partition plate in a small surface boat. CONSTITUTION:When water is flooded over an upper deck 21, it enters a groove 5 and is discharged from both side sections. In this case, if much water enters, drainage cannot overtake inundation, and water enters an air tank 3 through an air intake port 40, but the water having entered is shielded by a partition plate and does not reach the upper opening section of a pipe 6, and it is discharged outside the hull through a drain pipe 8 connected to the lowest section of the air tank 3. Accordingly, inundation into an engine room 29 can be reliably prevented. |
