FLOOR BOARD HAVING CERAMIC RESIN SURFACE AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a floor board having excellent wear resistance by adding ceramic fiber pieces into a resin for painting the surface of a base material on which a pattern is preliminarily formed. CONSTITUTION:The resin coated film is formed of the ceramic resin compsn. formed by adding the ceramic fiber pieces having about 1-15mu diameter and about 3-50mu length into the resin for painting such as aminoalkyd resin or urethane resin on the surface of the base material of which the pattern is preliminarily formed. Then the ceramic fiber pieces in the resin suspend without setting and further the resin viscosity is improved. The floor board having the excellent wear resistance is thus produced.
